Everything was nice, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. We booked the suite that was incredible. Coffee/tea makers and fridges where a huge plus.

The location is magnificent and unbeatable, within a close distance from Docklands Stadium. What's more, it's in an extra comfy area close enough to convention centre, and everything, like public transport to crown casino to shopping.

I chose your Hotel for several reasons, your location to where I needed to go (travelled by train), I was able to hop off and on the Collins Street tram to all venues I was visiting. This was really handy for me a I was a solo traveller and I felt secure with the convenience of public transport at my door.
The selling point for me that it was handy to all locations I needed to go to. My single room was well suited for me as a solo traveller, your cafe was great. I would like to see some sort of bonus (cheaper rate is I use it again).

The staff were incredibly friendly, helping me quickly when my room access card failed. Though the room was tiny, it was cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

I appreciated the hotel's accessible layout and the friendly staff. The tastefully decorated common areas. It was comforting to know everything was nearby.
Shower space could be more accommodating for seniors.

I loved the central location, close to public transport, the Crown Casino, Southbank. I also prefer a small hotel. I also appreciated that I had a free upgrade to my room, that was a nice surprise. I came to Melbourned to play in a poker tournament and this hotel was recommended by a fellow poker player who always stays at the Pensione.
I didn't find the size of the ensuite bathroom too difficult to manage but a larger person would. I found that when seated on the toilet, my knees hit the cabinet enclosing the hand basin. This would be a definite problem for a larger person. Also I would have liked a bench or rack to put my suitcase on in the room. Once you used the seat at the desk to sit on there was nothing to put your case on.
